The courses or the plan, the term, and the price - in writing, so there is something to take to whoever signs it off.
Once it is agreed we set up the organisation and hand over the administrator account, and you start assigning courses.
Courses, packages and subscriptions are all arranged the same way: you enquire, we quote, and licences are issued by us once the quote is agreed. There is no cart, no checkout and no automated licensing in this version of the site. That is deliberate. It means the number of licences, the term and the price are agreed with a person before anything is issued - and adjusting any of them later is a conversation, not a subscription you have to unpick.
