Generate Your Own AI Training

For organisations that build training from their own documents and hold the compliance record themselves.

Your procedures go in, courses come out, and your people are assessed against the standard you actually work to. Priced on application.

Who it's for

When the Training Has to Be Yours

Written from your own procedures, kept current with them, and defensible under your name. Every course traces back to a document you own and can point to.

  • You hold documented procedures, work instructions or a management system that people have to be trained against.
  • Your training changes when your procedures change, so it has to live with you rather than in someone else's course library.
  • You have to show an auditor who was trained, on which version of the procedure, and when they completed it.
  • You would rather your own subject-matter experts shaped the courses than a third party who has never seen your site.

If you are after ready-made courses to enrol people into rather than a platform to build your own, that is the other side of the site.

AI course generation

Create Your Courses from What You Already Have

Five steps from a folder of documents to a published course. Nothing is written from scratch and nothing is invented - the platform works from your material and tells you where it falls short.

  1. Upload Your Material

Procedures, work instructions, policies, slide decks, handbooks - the documents your organisation already runs on, in the formats they already exist in.

  2. Run the Gap Analysis

The platform reads your material against the standard or framework you are training to, and reports back what is missing, thin, or out of date.

  3. Enhance the Content

It closes the gaps, rewrites for a learner rather than an auditor, and structures the result into modules that can actually be sat through.

  4. Generate the Assessment

Questions are drawn from your content, so a pass means the learner understood your procedure - not a generic version of it.

  5. Publish the Course

Review it, approve it, publish it. It goes live inside your organisation and is ready to assign the same day.

Set up your organisation

Your Structure, Your Rules

Before anyone is trained, the platform has to know how your organisation is shaped and who is allowed to do what. Two areas cover it.

Organisation management

Structure, Groups and Roles

Build your organisation as it actually is - sites, departments, crews, contractors - then group people the way you already talk about them, and give each group the training that belongs to it.

  • Sites, departments and teams, nested as deep as you need
  • Groups that training is assigned to, not just individuals
  • Roles that decide what a person sees and what they can change
Organisation management: the site and department tree with the groups held under each one.

Administration

Settings, Users and Permissions

The administrative side of the same organisation: who has an account, what they are allowed to reach, and how the platform behaves for everyone underneath them.

  • User accounts created, deactivated and reassigned in place
  • Permissions set per role, so an administrator is not an all-or-nothing job
  • Organisation-wide settings, branding and defaults held in one screen
Administration: the user list with per-role permissions and organisation-wide settings.

Deliver and track

Assign the Training, Then Watch It Land

Once the courses exist and the organisation is built, the platform's job is getting the right training to the right people and telling you honestly how far it got.

Learning management

Assign, Schedule and Deliver

Point a course at a group, set when it is due, and the platform handles the rest - enrolment, reminders, and the learner's way through it. You set it up once and it keeps running, including for people who join the group later.

  • Assignment by group, role or individual
  • Due dates, scheduled releases and recurring cycles
  • Delivery on desktop or phone, resuming where the learner stopped
Learning management: courses assigned to a group with their due dates and release schedule.

Learner management

Progress, Completions and Re-training

Every learner has one record: what they were assigned, what they finished, what they scored, and when it next falls due.

  • Live progress per learner, per group and per course
  • Completions and certificates held against the person, not a spreadsheet
  • Re-training triggered by expiry or by a change to the underlying procedure
Learner management: one learner's record showing assigned courses, completions and the next due date.

Compliance and reporting

Prove It Without Assembling It

The evidence an auditor asks for is a by-product of people doing the training, not a job you start the week before.

Records, exports and audit-readiness

The Record Builds Itself

Completions, scores, versions and dates are written as they happen and held against the learner, the course and the version of the procedure it came from. When someone asks, you export it.

  • Compliance status by group, site or the whole organisation, at a glance
  • Exports in the shape an auditor asks for, not a raw data dump
  • Version history, so you can show what a person was trained on at the time
  • Gaps and overdue training surfaced before an audit finds them
Compliance reporting: completion status across groups with overdue training flagged and an export control.

Plans

Three Ways to Run It

The difference between them is how much organisation you need underneath the training - not how much of the platform you are allowed to use.

Questions

Before You Enquire

The four that come up every time. Anything not covered here, ask - the answer is usually shorter than you expect.

Ask us directly
Who owns the courses we create?

You do. The material goes in as yours and the courses come out as yours - content, assessments and the completion records behind them. Prime Academy Group runs the platform; it does not take a claim over what you build on it.

Is there a limit on how many learners we can have?

Learner numbers are part of what a plan is scoped against, so there is a figure in your agreement rather than a hard cap in the software. Tell us the number you expect and the number you might grow into, and both go into the quote.

Can we bring across training material we already have?

That is the normal starting point. Existing decks, handbooks, inductions and procedure documents are exactly what the course generation works from - it reads them against the standard you are training to and tells you where they fall short before it rebuilds them.

What support comes with a subscription?

Setup is done with you rather than handed to you, and support continues after go-live. The exact inclusions and response times are set out in your plan.
