Role mapping

Send us the roles and we will map them

If you would rather not work through sixteen titles, tell us the roles you employ and we will come back with the courses that apply to each one. Where a role needs more than one course we will point you at the package that already covers the set, rather than listing the titles separately.

The same shape, every time

One learner’s run, end to end. Every course works this way, so the second one a person does needs no explaining.

Step 1

Enrol

You assign the course, or a learner starts a free one. It appears on their dashboard.

Step 2

Work Through It

Short modules in order, on any device. Progress saves, so a run picks up where it stopped.

Step 3

Sit the Assessment

A knowledge check at the end, marked automatically against a pass mark they can see.

Step 4

Collect the Certificate

A pass issues a certificate on the spot, carrying a unique ID, the score and the date.

Step 5

The Record Stays

The completion sits in your reporting from then on, ready for whoever asks next.

The certificate is the evidence

Every pass issues a certificate with a unique ID on it.

Anyone holding that ID can check the certificate is real and current, whether that is a client, an auditor or a prospective employer, without coming through you first.

The same completion is already in your organisation’s reporting, so nothing has to be filed twice and nobody goes looking for a copy when an audit asks for one. The record and the certificate are the same event, not two things you have to keep in step.

Bundled by role and sector

Where a role needs more than one course, we have already put them together, so you assign one package instead of picking through the catalogue.
