The two numbers that change

Both are counted per subscription year, and both are visible in your dashboard as you use them.

An AI course creation

One is used each time the platform builds a finished course from your documents, with the lessons and the assessment written together and ready for you to review. Assigning that course to more people, or reissuing it to next year’s intake, does not use another. Only a new build off your documents counts against the allowance.

How courses are generated

An active learner

One person who currently has training assigned to them on your platform. When somebody leaves the organisation their place can be reassigned to whoever replaces them, so the number is who you are training now rather than everybody you have ever trained. The figure moves with your roster rather than only ever climbing.

How learners are managed

When the training has to be yours

Written from your own procedures, kept current with them, and defensible under your name. Every course traces back to a document you own and can point to.

You hold documented procedures, work instructions or a management system that people have to be trained against.

Your training changes when your procedures change, so it has to live with you rather than in someone else’s course library.

You have to show an auditor who was trained, on which version of the procedure, and when they completed it.

You would rather your own subject-matter experts shaped the courses than a third party who has never seen your site.

Who owns the courses we create?

You do. The material goes in as yours and the courses come out as yours: content, assessments and the completion records behind them. Prime Academy Group runs the platform; it does not take a claim over what you build on it.

Can we bring across training material we already have?

That is the normal starting point. Existing decks, handbooks, inductions and procedure documents are exactly what the course generation works from. It reads them against the standard you are training to and tells you where they fall short before it rebuilds them.

Can we pay monthly and stop after a month?

No. Paying monthly spreads an annual subscription across twelve payments; the subscription itself runs for twelve months. Paying annually is the same thing in one payment, which is why it costs less.

Is there a limit on how many learners we can have?

Yes, and it is one of the two things that separates the plans: 25 on Starter, 100 on Professional, 300 on Business. Past 300, Enterprise is scoped to whatever you need.

What happens if we use all our course creations?

You can buy additional AI Course Creation Credits at any time without changing your plan, or move up to the next one. Your existing courses keep running either way.

What support comes with a subscription?

Platform support is included on every plan, and setup is done with you rather than handed to you.
